FRESHWATER BEACH HOUSE & STUDIO

The Freshwater Beach House has been designed as a response to the client’s brief to maximise potential of the site whilst achieving an outcome that is appropriate to the site and character of it’s coastal location. Two separate dwellings have been proposed; a three level four bedroom family home with double garage and a single level 2 bedroom granny flat structure with loft. Both dwellings have separate access and complement each other with a timber framed coastal cottage aesthetic.
