COLLAROY ALTERATIONS & ADDITIONS

This project includes internal/external modifications to an existing Mediterranean Villa style house. The design focuses on creating better connected spaces with open plan kitchen/dining spaces to entertain guests, whilst also providing a stronger link of the living level spaces to external terraces. Upstairs the rooms are to be reconfigured to suit the growing family with an updated master bedroom and new ensuite/walk-in-robe. External alterations refresh the tired feeling of the terraces/pool to better utilise this space. The renovation is to include quality finishes with a classic vintage feel to create a sophisticated and stylish home for a growing family.
